If you don’t know, now you know! Mi Cocina Head Chef, Loic Tenoux, recently expanded his popular San Jose restaurant to now include the innovative Baja Oyster Bar. Located within the Casa Natalia Hotel, Baja Oyster Bar serves only the best locally sourced oysters from Sol Azul Seafarms.
To celebrate and share the new venture, Chef Tenoux and team held the Baja Oyster Bar Grand Opening on Friday, January 29. Guests enjoyed of a range of delicious oyster creations, sipped on creative cocktails, and mingled with special guests. The evening’s guests of honor included Philippe Danigo, owner of Sol Azul Seafarms, and Christophe Hapillon, owner of The Oyster Gourmet and Los Angeles’ only Master Ecailler.
