Beach Club

Vera-Neo is a one-a-of-kind beachfront experience with spectacular views, service team, excellent food, and laid back beach ambiance.

When staying at Casa Natalia you can enjoy the Vera-Neo beach club with loungers, cabanas, sectional sofa, among others; with a minimum consumption of $500 pesos per adult valid for food and beverages. The Cabaña has a minimum consumption of $3,000 pesos per cabin for 4 people.

1. When driving on the highway from Cabo San Lucas, turn right (towards the ocean) at the first stop sign (just after La Comer Supermarket) when entering San Jose del Cabo.

2. Continue approximately 2 blocks and turn left at your next stop sign.

3. You are now driving parallel to the beach and passing numerous hotels (on your right). Immediately following Vidanta Hotel, turn left onto Blvd. Mijares towards downtown San Jose del Cabo.

4. Continue approximately one mile and turn right at the first traffic circle, heading towards the bridge that goes to the Puerto Los Cabos marina, La Playita and Flora Farms.

1. Go towards East San Jose del Cabo across the bridge that takes you to Puerto Los Cabos and the marina in San Jose del Cabo.

2. You will see a 20-foot tall “Fisher King” sculpture and entrance to “Puerto Los Cabos”. Proceed through this traffic circle (#1)

6. At the next traffic circle (#2), continue straight.

7. At the next traffic circle (#3), continue straight, again.

8. At next traffic circle (#4), turn left, towards the East Cape and El Encanto de la Laguna. Do not turn right towards La Playita and the marina area.

9. After appproximately 8 minutes (3.1 miles) you’ll reach a traffic circle (#5), turn right following the El Encanto de la Laguna signage.

10. Continue driving for a mile, until you reach the El Encanto de la Laguna entrance sign (beachfront road). Make a right on the concrete road . On your left you will see the Buzzards Bar & Grill.

11. Keep driving for approximately 300 yards and you will see the Beachfront Flats building (the home of Vera-Neo) on your left. (only 4 level white building on the beach)

Palmilla

The municipality of Los Cabos government is implementing the Environmental Sanitation Tax. This is a new tax that will be dedicated to the betterment of the local community.

September 8th, 2022 – All travelers from this date on will be required to pay the daily tax. All reservations paid before this date will not be subject to paying this tax.
  • Who is subject to the tax? All travelers visiting a business unit that invoices for lodging services in Los Cabos.
  • How much is the tax? $33.68 Mexican Pesos per room per night ($1.70 USD depending on the exchange rate) regardless of the occupancy.
  • How will the tax be collected? The tax will be collected by hotels, timeshares, and lodging facilities across the destinations. Travelers will be able to see the tax charge in their hotel bill at check-in or check-out.
  • What is the purpose of the tax? The new tax will support government investment in environmental infrastructure, sustainability practices, and safety and security.
