What a party! Aaron and I would like to thank you and your entire staff for our perfect wedding at Casa Natalia in October 2004. Our special day was made more magical by your wonderful hospitality, friendly and accommodating staff, and picture-perfect facilities.

As a bride planning my wedding across the miles working with you and your team was seamless and easy. The responsiveness of everyone at Casa Natalia to the smallest question made me feel more at ease and comfortable with the plans we were setting forth. From the location to the menu to choosing the wines, I felt confident my interests, the tone I wanted to establish for my wedding and my guests, were represented by you and your team. In addition, your frankness and honesty regarding certain items or ideas I had, which you did not think would work in the venue or for the evening, was greatly appreciated.

I cannot describe how many glowing thank you notes and emails Aaron, myself and our families have received about the affair. One guest told me everything was so meticulously planned, from the timing of the cocktail hour, to the pouring of the wine, to the arrival of each course, and the stunning outdoor setting that our wedding was not just a wedding, it was an event. Another guest went so far as to say the wedding at Casa Natalia was in the top two weddings she ever attended. Of course, she rated her own wedding a number one! My husband’s friend from college hoped more of their friends who plan a wedding, like ours at Casa Natalia that encompassed our personalities, brought people together in one location and fantastic food. And finally, as my father said, “If you didn’t enjoy that wedding, you have problems.”

The cuisine served at our wedding was absolutely delicious. In the crowd were several “foodies” who, with each bite, were more and more pleased they had made the journey to Mexico. While Aaron and I were honeymooning, we often dreamed of Loic’s lobster, Grey Goose and rosemary infused sorbet, bruschetta, pizzas, scallop ceviche, the Planter’s Punch, and those lamb chops that were so succulent, that they nearly fell off the bone. And, as you know, my father has a special place in his heart for Loic’s risotto. And, who knew Loic was so talented with a harmonica!

Each guest remarked how attentive the staff was to every need. Activities were arranged without any problems. Guests stayed in your luxurious rooms, enjoyed the food and lounged poolside for days. Many guests remarked they regretted they did not extend their stay.
